Part-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm
Pay: $13.00 per hour
OVERVIEW:
Working as Part-Time Distribution Center Administration, you will be involved with training and development
and other administrative support functions at our Distribution Center located at 940 W. Wilbeth Rd., Akron, OH
44314.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Facilitating recruiting efforts to attract and hire new employees
o Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with all EOE guidelines
o Training and development responsibilities with a focus on the onboarding process
o Conducting new employee orientation presentations
o Preserving and maintaining confidentiality in all facets of employee interaction
o Assisting department managers with posting jobs, interview documentation, and other required paperwork
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities and attention to detail
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Possess or are working towards a Human Resources Degree OR have related administrative experience.

HR Shared Services Co-Op / Intern, Year Round - Sherwin Williams
This position provides comprehensive HR support, coordination and counsel related to a wide variety of HR activities and systems in accordance within service level agreements. Primary areas of responsibility include onboarding, HRIS data entry and approvals, performance management, time & attendance, payroll issues related to HR, and offboarding.
